Tuition: $100 per semester for students who are enrolled in private lessons at Powers Music School.

Tuition: $330 for students who are not enrolled in private lessons at Powers Music School.

Powers' string orchestra is designed for intermediate violin, viola, cello, and bass players who have had at least three years of private lessons. The orchestra will explore various styles of music, ranging from Baroque to Pop. Students will be exposed to quality repertoire, develop ensemble skills, and strengthen their orchestra musicianship and rehearsal etiquette. Each semester will culminate with a concert. Prior ensemble experience is not necessary, but a placement audition is required.
