ASAP Online Registration & Payment Instructions

ASAP Online Registration & Payment Instructions

How to Register Online:

Getting to ASAP and Shopping for Programs:
Click on the blue “Register now online!” buttons on any of our program webpages to jump to our ASAP registration site. OR, you can click or copy/paste this link into your browser to go directly to our ASAP registration site homepage:

Once you’re on our ASAP site, you may browse through our list of available programs and classes using the sidebar on the left. Ready to register for a class? From the class page, click on the “Register Now” link to add that class to your shopping cart. This will bring you to your shopping cart page, where you can view the list of programs you have added to your cart. When you’re ready, click the “Checkout” link.

Creating or Logging in to Your ASAP Account:
The ASAP system will require you to create an account before you can checkout. If you’re new to Powers, you will need to fill out a short registration form to create this account before enrolling or paying for any programs. If you’re an existing Powers student, you may already have an ASAP account (use the instructions below to check).

Already a Powers student? Check to see if you have an existing ASAP account.
On the Login page, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the right. Enter your primary email address in the box, then click "Submit." An email will be sent to you within 15 minutes to help you enter a new password. (If you see a message that your username/email doesn't exist, please call our office and we can tell you which email we have on file, or update the primary email address on your account.)

New student? Create an ASAP account.
When you click the “Checkout” link, you will be prompted to log in or create an ASAP account. Choose create account, then fill in your information on the next page. If you are a parent registering your child, be sure to type in YOUR information when it asks for parent information, then type your child’s name and details where it asks for student information on the next page.

Registration and Payment
After placing a class into your shopping cart and creating or logging into your account, you will be taken to a Waiver page. Powers requires that you agree to our annual school policies before enrolling in any program. Please use the link on our Waiver page to carefully read through our policies on our website (this page will open in a new tab), then click the “I agree” checkbox and click “Accept” to agree to the policies.

Some programs may require you to answer a few additional questions during registration. If this is the case, you will see these questions show up after logging in and agreeing to our waiver.

Finally, you will see your shopping cart/payment page with a summary of the classes and programs you have added to your cart. If you have a promotional/discount code, you may enter it on this page in the box just above the credit card options. Next you can choose from the dropdown menu whether you wish to pay via credit card, or “pay later – by check.” If you choose to pay later, please be aware that your registration is not complete until we receive your tuition and registration fee payment.

Check to make sure all information is accurate, then go ahead and submit your registration. Our staff will receive an email to alert us that you have enrolled in a program. If you paid for the program at the time of registration, you will receive an email confirmation for your payment. If you opted to “pay later,” you will receive an email confirmation with a “balance due” notice in the email. You may pay your balance at any point by clicking on the link to get back to the ASAP login page, then following the “paying your balance online” instructions below.

***If your registration requires special circumstances, such as financial aid or a discount, please contact the office to register. Thank you.

Viewing Your Account Online:
Once you have a valid username and password, you can return to the login page above to access your online account at any time. You'll see a few tabs with information that only you can access. These tabs include "My Personal Info," where you can update your contact information, "Classes/Events" where you can see which programs your family members are enrolled in, "My Invoices," and "My Billing Info," where you can add a credit card. Please note that our ASAP site is secure and we will never share your account, billing, or enrollment information with anyone.

Paying Your Balance Online:
When you log into your ASAP account, if you have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid, you will see the following line in RED text at the top of your account page: "Attention: You have an outstanding balance of $____. Click here to pay your balance." Click there to go to the Invoice Summary page. Your address and email will be filled in already - please make sure it is up-to-date (if not, you can return to the "My Personal Info" page to update it). Next, enter your credit card information, then click on "Process Payment." Once you have paid your bill online, you should receive a confirmation email shortly after to verify that your payment was successful.

Thank you, and we hope you enjoy our new online registration process!
