Tev Stevig teaches guitar and banjo at Powers Music School. He received his Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Guitar Performance from Berklee College of Music. Tev has studied with Mick Goodrick, Hal Crook, Bruce Bartlett, John Thomas, Rick Peckham, Richie Hart, Bret Wilmott, and John Damien. His many engagements include performances with Mr. Ho's Orchestrotica, Klezwoods, and Kafana, and tours throughout the U.S. and Europe. In addition to Powers, Tev's teaching experience includes Berklee College of Music's City Music Outreach Program in Boston Public Schools, City of Cambridge Community School Program, Buckingham, Browne and Nichols School in Cambridge, Brimmer and May School in Chestnut Hill, and the Lexington Montessori School.
